Outside border (shape) on dimensions text

I need several time to create dimensions with a rectangle outside the text (shape) that indicate it is a reference.

Usually reference dimensions are specified by using parentheses around it, which can be selected in the precision and tolerance tab when editing the dimension as a tolerance method.

If you want the square, in the same place is the basic option.  That puts a square around the dim.
