When using large assemblies I use Isolate when constraining to make things easier for myself.
If you use origin planes of parts for these constrains the browser will give you grief while working.
Specially if one part is on top of the structure and the second part in the bottom
It would be easy if the browser could only display the parts that you have isolated.
Undo isolate should then bring back all parts.
