Only create "Taper" parameter for extrusions if we purposefully enable Taper

Ever notice those random "0.0 deg" parameters that pop up all over the place in your Parameters dialog?

One of those pesky little parameters is created for every Extrusion feature in your model; it's created because there's a "Taper" control hidden sneakily in the "More" tab of the Extrusion dialog, where you can specify a taper of so-many degrees for your extrusion.

Have you ever, once, used this control? Probably not. But that doesn't stop those "0.0 deg" parameters from showing up in every Part, for every Extrusion, every time? No sir.

Wouldn't it be nice if that "Taper" were a toggle option, that you only check when you actually want it, and otherwise those hundreds of useless "0.0 deg" parameters aren't created and no longer clutter your otherwise nice, neatly organized Parameters dialog?

Nearly every other Model parameter that Inventor creates is a reflection of an input that you actually made or activated. This means the Parameters dialog is a very convenient and powerful "recipe" of the parametric model you've created. But these Taper parameters just clutter up that list with extra, unnecessary lines.

PS: Similar "Taper" and "Twist" parameters are created for Sweep features, but at least these are shown on the main panel of the Sweep dialog. Even still, it would be nice to be able to only enable these when we want them, so that if "Taper" or "Twist" aren't desired inputs for the parametric model we're setting up, they won't clutter up the Parameters dialog.

I have used it actually, back when I was doing a lot of work with castings.  But I still don't like the parameters being created when the taper option isn't actually being used.  They're just clutter the rest of the time.  Would be nice to have this cleaned up.

I think there were a few customers with a lot of seats who probably worked in plastic molding or something that had undue sway in the directions some things took early on in Inventor's development.

what if some parameters were "nested"?

[that's probably going to open a can of worms - we'd probably need a whole separate parameter-like table broken down feature by feature: I can't recall changing a drill point angle, but would that nest under the diameter or the depth?]

I just did a little experiment, I don't know if they just leave space or if they are are hidden: it looks like they "take" at least 9 parameters for every hole feature. If they are "hidden" perhaps they could use that same mechanic for things like taper that are seldom used by many. (Now I'm wondering if there is a way in the API or wherever that we could give a hole a counterbore and a countersink at the same time.)
