New 2D Sketch Command defaults to defined Home View

I posted this in the regular thread thinking there was some simple option that I was missing but apparently not.

This is very simple. I want an option to have the 2D Sketch command default to the predefined home view.

At the moment it presents a view on it's side to select the plane to place the sketch on.
