Need ability to add quick access folders

Can you add an option to the open/save dialog box to have shortcuts to folder paths. It's quite annoying to have to click down a path of folders every time I want to open / place / or save a file.

It is possible.
Quick access folders are defined in the project settings.

Search YT for a tutorial on project settings in your language (or another language if you can't find it).

I don´t want to edit my project settings every time I´m beginning or finishing a new customer project.

That doesn´t work for me.

Why not:

- Browse to the folder

- Right mouse click

- "add to favourites"

???!!!

I tend to use "recent items"  in Windows, instead of recent items from Inventor.

Recent items from inventor is awkward sometimes. Especially right after a crash.

This shows both folders and files.
