Normally, the dimensions and tolerances, which were assigned in the sketch of a 3D-part, are linked with those from the 2D-drawing. When editing the dimension in the 2D-drawing, the connection between 3D-part and 2D-drawing is interrupted. On the one hand there are companies working consciously with this interruption and on the other hand companies like ours, which urgently need a permanent connection. If we do manual changes on the drawing dimensions, changes of the tolerances in the 3D-sketch needs to be transferred furthermore! The solution might be a radio button to select if the dimensions and tolerances are permanently linked or not. The screenshot perfectly shows the problem: the tolerances of the 3D-sketch (+1,2/-0) are not assigned to the 2D-drawing because of overwriting the dimension with "abc".
The tolerances of the 3D-sketch are different than those from the 2D-drawing due to the intended interruption after manual dimension editing
