Inventor VBA - Automatically Remove Macros from Command Manager when Module has been Removed.

Here's an idea that shouldn't have to exist

In Inventor when you create a module in an ivb file, save it, (maybe you have to open the command manager and attach the macro to your toolbar?) it is impossible to remove from the program.  Example

Create_FAT was originally Module1 under Modules in my companies ivb file however that module was renamed to MakeFAT so now the path is MakeFAT.Create_FAT rather than Module1.Create_FAT.  The customize user commands is still showing Module1.Create_FAT as an available path even though Module1 was renamed.

I think creating a link between the two would be a great improvement for the program because removing Module1.Create_FAT from the table is impossible as far as I know.
