It would be nice to have the option to select a work plane to start the new hole command not just a part face. If nothing else it would be nice be able to select a work plane from the hole command and go directly into the sketch and then put in points, project geometry etc. as needed and then have the new functionality of switching back to the hole command to finish the operation. Really all this does is eliminate the need to create a sketch prior to the hole command which falls into the new hole command workflow, not a combination of old and new.
