Introduce a <formula> for the drill point angle to the hole notes

I and my colleagues are using the hole notes feature a lot to avoid forgetting  measurements and tolerances.

We also define tolerances in the model so that they are displayed through the hole notes.

Unfortunately there is no <formula> for the drill tip angle in the hole notes.

I lately created a post on the forums, but the answer I got isn't all that helpful, because it doesn't display the tolerance I defined in the model.

Currently we are adding the drill tip angle manually, but that's far from a perfect solution, because the changes in the model aren't transferred to the drawing. (See pictures below)

I would also like to see an option to toggle whether the hole terminates with a drill point or a flat bottom and have that added to the hole note.
