I think it's better ZEISS make a Standard Integration to read STEP-242

At STEP-242 are all 3d Annotations included

STEP-242 is a standard Export Option at Inventor CAD Data Export

I'm not sure if Inventor's  STEP242 would be that helpful.

Thanks for the link, then that would be a requirement.
Either for the STEP242 format or for Inventor. The Inventor development team has to evaluate what is possible.
