Insert any Part sketch as if it were a Sketch Block

Sketch blocks are great for sketch reusability. We can use a Sketch Block to reuse the same sketch on different planes, or even at multiple locations within a sketch.

It would be great to be able to do the same thing with a normal sketch, too. Anything downstream of a Part sketch should be able to treat the sketch like a sketch block. This would enable us to reuse a normal sketch (or even a derived-in sketch) on a different plane, rotated to a different angle, transposed to a different location, etc. This would have very powerful implications, especially for skeletal and multi-body modeling workflows.

One example of where I would use this: we have a sub-component that we model using multi-body techniques. It has a master front sketch. The sub-component goes in a master assembly, which we also model using multi-body techniques, and has its own master front sketch. I would like to be able to place the sub-component's front sketch into the master assembly's front sketch. I can derive the sub-component's front sketch into the master multi-body part, but it comes in at the origin (because that's how we model it in the sub-component's multi-body part). If we could insert the sub-component's front sketch as a sketch block, we could easily place it exactly where it goes in the context of the master assembly, in order to reference off of details in its geometry.
