When trying to dimension to an arc or circle, give us the choice to pick the center, nearest edge or farthest edge. If the dimension is between two arcs, each arc should have these options to toggle and change even after the dimension is created. The glyph functionality is influenced by part size and overlapping lines in the sketch. I often use coordinate axis or geometry edges as construction geometry for placing sketch features and find it impossible to trigger the glyph so I can select the circle edge. It can be VERY difficult to use. This functionality is in SolidWorks. Here are two videos showing SW capability and it is fantastic:
This one shows how using the shift key will trigger the equivalent of Inventor's glyph. Much nicer! You don't have to be pixel perfect and you can quickly achieve near side or far side dimensions.

The next video shows how you can toggle the center, min, or max condition for each arc. This makes is a cinch to edit the dimension post creation if need be.
