AutoCAD allows you to create internal and external angular dimensions that have extension lines from the geometry to the dimension arc as shown in the image below.

When creating similar dimensions in Inventor, an internal dimension has an extension line from the center point to the geometry. An external angular dimension behaves similar to AutoCAD dimensioning.
Searching the interface, product help, and the forums has confirmed there is limited control of the extension lines for angular dimensions. So in the following example, the extension lines would have to be "hidden" and then sketch your own extension lines that don't extend off the edge of the sheet.

I would welcome your vote if you would benefit from improved control of extension lines for angular dimensions.
