Hole table - adding holes without breaking previous tags

One of the problems with hole tables is that when you add a new hole to a table it is not placed at the end of the list but on one place before the last. So the last hole's tag from original set gets changed.

This was already reported in 2013 (case 08906752) but it was never fixed.
