When working in the sketch environment, it would be a good idea to highlight a linked dimension when editing or creating a dimension. This would give a quick visual on which dimension you have selected to be an equal dimension. If the dimension is in a consumed sketch, the sketch(es) and dimension(s) should be be shown as reference in a user defined color and transparency. Something like Excel does when you create/edit a formula but better.
