Harmonize the update behaviour of all Inventor document types

Today, Inventor shows different notifications and gives us different options if one or more sub-components have changed.

IAM	We’ll get informed about the change (message box)	We can accept or deny an update	Yellow flash (local update and / or global update) is available	Yellow flash beneath the changed object is shown	File is getting dirty (without changing something)
