Function 'repeat' in drawing sheet

Function 'repeat' in drawing sheet

When I'm making a 2D drawing, I often use the 'repeat last operation' function when I right-click - RMB.
If I click RMB at the top of the sheet, the 'repeat' button is in a very convenient place right under the cursor. However, if I click RMB at the bottom of the sheet then the 'repeat' button is at the top which is inconvenient. And having worked in Inventor for almost 10 years, I still can't remember it and instinctively click in the wrong place, which is annoying when working fast.
I don't know if I described it clearly enough, I think the attached image will explain what I mean.

Is there any way to make it permanent under the cursor?

Regards

I normally use the space bar to repeat the last command. Works in every environment.
