Fix the Bend command

When we try to bends a part 360 degrees with the wright values we sometimes a gap between opposite edges, but you do this easily in 3ds max.

@tedod13202 Now Inventor supports bend part command using 360 deg, but not supported for sheet metal fold using the angle >180 deg. I suppose you are requesting about sheet metal fold. Could you please double confirm it? Thank you!

Hi, the reference line must have interference with the body to apply the command. Why you don't show a warning box when the line and the body haven't interference? some beginner users don't know this.

Depending on the unfold method we could allow angles >180 degrees. Bend deduction and bend tables  is only up to 180.

we would limit at <360 as we need to guarantee a seam.

This issue exist also in part design, it's a little gap.
