In Inventor > [Application Options] dialog > [File] tab > [Options] pane > [File Naming Defaults...] dialog, there is a tab for choosing the file naming defaults for [Tube & Pipe], but no tab (yet) for choosing file naming defaults & save location for Cable & Harness files.
If a user wants to save files with different file name templating, or to a different path than <Parent Assembly Path>\AIP\Cable and Harness, those changes need to be made for each and every Cable & Harness assembly and part. Not only does this take more time, it is also prone to be forgotten or incorrectly/inconsistently done, especially in larger projects with tens or more Cable & Harness assemblies. Please add the functionality to change these defaults, as is available for the Tube & Pipe environment.
