For example, to simulate tank with thin thickness I use on body, bottom and top as a midsurface shell elemento (see the attached picture) to minimize the number of nodes when I do the mesh. Will be a great help if we can create different studies and we can change the thickness only for this study and still have the other studies with the results with that previous thickness. The thickness should be editable because will only be used for calculation results, didn’t be used for mesh, constraints, loads or other matters because isn't relevant.
