An interesting improvement. Or an old bug, the quick document creation button is useless; if used, it does not use the default templates. It uses unknown templates. There should be a setting that allows choosing which template to use for this button.

This button works fine for me. However, it looks for the “Standard.*” templates. If you have renamed you templates, you are out of luck. (Which is why I don’t recommend doing this.)

If you renamed you templates Inventor will pull templates from the depth of the installation folders.

Hello, indeed, my templates don't have that name; it seems that restoring the standard.ipt name solved the issue. Thank you, I hadn't thought of that.
