It would be nice to be able to put in distance values of both "From" and "To" in extrusions. I realize that the "Between" option is in place for this, but you need to have existing planar geometry to mark of the beginning and end of the extrusion.
SolidWorks contains this function and it is very helpful in certain cases, since it may eliminate the need to establish at least some work geometry.
