Drawing OSnap Selections Like AutoCAD

I cannot dimension the overall for a sub-assembly because the outermost feature was a circle at an angle. I had to create a sketch/Project Geometry and draw a line tangent. Then I could dimension. Wouldn't it be nice if we had a filter for OSnaps ie. Quadrant?

I would like to see a menu similar to the osnap toolbar from AutoCAD available in Inventor.

I want to snap and place AutoCAD block & Inventor Sketch Symbols, go to intersections of center lines and place a marker currently Inventor doesn't recognize intersections of center lines.
