It would be extremely helpful when placing balloons in drawings, if you could drag the balloon line along the part, and still maintain its current angle. For an example, if I place 3 balloons aligned horizontally and one is overlapping another, as long as the leader arrow remains on the same part, I could grab the straight vertical line of the balloon and drag it left to right while the balloon remains vertical and at the same height.
