In my opinion it would make much more sense for a double click on a rule in the iLogic pane to run the rule instead of editing the rule. Hopefully we're all more often running rules rather than reconfiguring them!
Some rules are rather destructive in nature. Expressing a clear intention to launch it (from the context menu or from a ribbon icon) is quite important.
