Document Tabs to indicate Save required

Good day,

I would like to see a feature that Adobe PhotoShop uses.

When a file requires saving there is an asterisks (*) that lets you know the file requires saving.

 

I would find this useful... Maybe others would also find this helpful.

AutoCAD does this too. It is quite handy!

The Vault browser in Inventor does this.
