It will be a good enhancement in "DIRECT Tool DELETE option" if we are able to turn off the "preview" while selecting faces.
If we need to select one face, there's no issue to wait for the result, but...
Let's imagine we want to remove several fillets in a part: it's a pain to wait for the result for every selection we make.
In these cases, i quit to use DIRECT tool and i go to the traditional DELETE tool.
Since DELETE tool doesn't have a preview, it's a lot faster to use it, due to the faster selection step.
Doesn't make sense that a recently developed tool could have more and better options than an old tool.
If DIRECT tool DELETE option will have an on-off preview, it will be a more usable tool.
