Dim Styles added to Edit Dimension dialog box

Sometimes I find it useful to add or not to add Zeros to leading or trailing dimensions.

It would be helpful to have the change on the Edit Dimension (right click) dialog box. these types of dimension changes are very common and need quick change options. The original change is under styles library, but i would have to have several dimensions styles to make these type of changes. 

the zero function would be good to have with tolerance changes also.
