Create filters and selection area for sketch constraint

Hello everybody,

I think this improvement can help many Inventor users :

In complex sketch, you can have hundreds constraints.

To delete several, you have to select them one by one, right-clicking, and use the Delete command.

It's very laborious when there's a lot of constraints to delete.

It will be very, very helpfull to add 2  features to simplify this work :

1. Being able to select many constraints in the mouse selection area.
2. Add a filter that allow you to display only certain types of constraints
