Create Detail View Using a Sketched Shape

Sometimes when adding a detail view, a rectangle or a circle isn't quite the shape you need / want, I'd like a feature which allows you to create them from a sketch, the same as what Solidworks has.

I can't say I thought of it before, but I really like this idea now that you mention it.

Inventor already does something similar with Break-Outs, so maybe it wouldn't be too hard to do for detail views too.
