Copy paste with constraint

Copy paste with constraint

Certainly achievable simply for those who know.

In the same way as copying and pasting a part into an assembly, a functionality that will do the same thing but require constraints.

Copy [element(s) + constraint sets] -> paste [constraint sets].

This will work the same as the autodrop function.

I know this is a common topic, I'll try, maybe this time I will find a answer.

Thank you

this is the one feature i wish i could take from another popular 3D SolidModelling (😉) program!

+1 For this very important productivity enhancement that most parametric modeling software has an option for.

Solidworks > Copy With Mates

Creo > Repeat

Catia > Can be set as the default behaviour when coping constrained parts
