Boolean parameter to control suppression of features

I want to use a boolean (true/false) type user parameter to control feature suppression without iLogic.

Let's make boolean parameters exportable as well, so I can derive them.

Logged on this morning to suggest this very thing.  Currently we use a numerical set to 0 or 1 for Off/On.  True False would be much nicer.
