Allow us the ability to create a user parameter when dimensioning as well as a model parameter
It would be nice if we could create "user-defined" parameters when dimensioning a part like we already can do for "model parameters". Perhaps if a name is assigned, there could be a checkbox or radio button to choose "user-defined" or "model"
