Stress Analysis Probe Labels Wording

[Can we please just have more options in the Stress Analysis Environment -- in general.]

I'd like the ability to not show the words "Von Mises Stress" (purple) on the Probe Labels; and just show the value.  We already have the title label (pink):

This takes up valuable screen space.

Same thing with every other plot: "Displacement" etc. etc.

Agreed. This would simplify visual areas with multiple probes.
