Allow to set precision of measurement tool with API

With Inventor 2017.2 the precision of the measurement tool also applies to

the measurement inside a command Dialog.

It seems to me that old documents set this precision to the UnitsOfMeasure.LengthDisplayPrecision.

I want to set the precision of the measurement tool to all Digits with iLogic or VBA.

I couldn't find a way, so please insert UnitsOfMeasure.MeasurementPrecision.
