Allow text box resize when text is rotated

In a drawing sketch, I created a text object.

Using the Rotate tool, I rotated the text object 90 degrees.

Afterward, I discovered that you cannot use the grips to resize the text box.

I repeated the sketch text creation process and this time chose rotation in the Text Edit dialog.

Still cannot edit the textbox size using the grips. Only move is supported.

A non-rotated textbox has grip editing available. Note the double-arrow cursor in the image to resize object.

A rotated textbox does not allow editing. Note the default cursor in the image to move object.

Even rotating the textbox back to 0 degrees or a normal orientation fails to enable the grips - resizing is disabled.

I tested this in 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Please allow textbox editing for text objects created in drawing sketches regardless of rotation.
