Add an option in the settings to disable the creation of the directory "OldVersi

Very furious when, the project directory gets cluttered with unnecessary to me folder "OldVersions". Not every user is suitable storage of versions of this method , it is a fact.
Please let the user choose to create or not create folder "OldVersions".

You already can disable the creation of old versions. This is done from the Project settings (Getting Started tab --> Projects --> Select your project --> expand "Options" at the bottom --> set "Old Versions To Keep On Save" to "0").

The OldVersions folders will still be created, which is a little annoying--but empty folders take up absolutely no space, so this shouldn't be an issue. Would be nice if Inventor didn't create them when that setting was set to "0" though.
