In Inventor Presentation when we tweak a component, we can define a different tweak direction, in the Tweak mini toolbar: click "Locate" and select a face or edge to redefine the vector. You can use "Alignment" bouton to redefine the vector to an existing point of a component. But it will good if it exists a function "Rotate at angle the UCS" to rotate the vector at specific angle.
