Ability to use multiple Global Forms - multiple Panels

I set the whole panel of global forms. The administrator has also set up his global forms. How can I use both Global Forms at once and easily switch between them? Or have them by your side? The current settings do not allow me to do this. So I can't do anything. It would be useful to be able to use multiple global forms at once in multiple panels.

It would also be interesting if the user could create another panel and other users could use it as well.
