Ability to Delete Last Row of Revision Table

Sometimes it would be nice to remove the last row of a Revision Table, but that doesn't look to be possible.  There is a workaround for it, but it would be nice to be able to delete it.  If security is a concern, one could build in a double checking prompt or something.  I have attached a Screencast to illustrate what I am after and haven't seen this posted in the idea station yet.  However, if I missed it, please let me know and I will gladly redirect users to the older post.

I've run into situations where we started a revision, but then cancelled it, where this would have been very helpful.  May not be a problem for those that use Vault or another CDMS, but for those of us that just store our files on a network drive, it can be a pain to try to revert back to the prior revision.

It's 2017 and this is still a problem.  Is a work around the best solution available?

I have 2018 and this workaround does not seem to work anymore... whenever i add additional blank row, the one that was created by the "add revision row" RMB command is the active one. 

This issue is ridiculous. This is the most basic function that should have been resolved 10+ years ago...

It has been around a long time, but it's an easy problem for them to ignore because it is specific to people who don't use Vault (or anything similar). 

Autodesk probably doesn't even really view it as being a problem, since it only happens to those of us who disregard their reccomendations to use Inventor with a CDMS.  From their perspective, the software works, and we're just using it wrong.

I have noticed this problem for a long time and simply edit  make it invisible.
