I created an offset surface, and would like to view this surface when I'm in the from view. See attached Screencast.
Any help would be appreciated.
thanks in advance

Can you just paste a link to the screencast instead of attaching it into the message?

Andrewiv,
If you create a flat surface, then try to view the surface from the side it should show up as a line. I understand that a surface has no thickness, but why would I ever what to NOT see it?
Works fine here, there must be something else going on?
OK, that helps thanks!
Yeah, that would be great if I could see what your seeing. I did another test, and when I create a surface, then try to look at it's edge....nothing!!! If I hover the mouse of it, it shows up.
Attach file here that exhibits this behavior.
Looks like toggling between "shaded with edges", "wireframe" then back to "shaded with edges" is a good work around, thanks.
I don't see an option for searching for the URL to paste?
If you go and look at your screencast under your profile, you should be able to just copy/paste the address.
I did just look at your screencasts and I don't see one that refers to this problem. Could you try another one?

Hi Todd,
Another option might be turning off Translucent option (right-click on the Offset surface -> uncheck Translucent). If you like it, you can go to Tools -> App Options -> Part -> check "Opaque surfaces."
Many thanks!
