Using Bolted Connection Generator with a Part with Patterned Holes places Bolts at Assembly Origin

Issue: In an Assembly, when selecting a hole that is part of a pattern (created in the part environment using the hole and rectangular pattern features), the bolted connection places the bolt fasteners at the assembly origin and moves the part offset from its constrained position.

I created some simple parts to help debug and isolate the issue. After several hours working through this with the In-built Assistant, it concluded this was a bug.

To Reproduce:
1. I created a simple rectangular Test Part1, added a hole using the hole feature.
2. I copied this to Part2 and used the rectangular pattern to add a second hole at the opposite end of the part.
3. I created a simple thin plate in Test Sheet 1.
4. I created a new Test Assembly1 and placed Part 1 and Sheet 1. I constrained Part 1 beneath Sheet 1. I then used the Bolt Generator 'By Hole', with the top of Sheet 1 as the starting face, selecting the hole in Part 1, and the lower face of Part 1 as termination.  It correctly added a countersunk hole to Sheet 1, with an in-line bolt, washer and nut.
 5. I then placed Part 2 (with the patterned holes) in the Assembly. I similarly constrained it beneath Sheet1, and repeated the Bolt Generator, this time also selecting 'Follow Pattern'. This added the 2 countersunk holes to Sheet1, but added the bolts starting at the Assembly Origin. It also moved Part2 similarly, with the washers and nuts underneath it, in line with the holes.

First time posting here. Hopefully that's enough detail to reproduce the bug.

I just found a workaround for this: Fully constrain the part, and then select the 'Create Sub-Assembly' button at the top right of the Bolt Generator dialogue box when adding the bolts.
