Unable to use a custom cross section to create a framework

Hi!

I am trying to create a framework with a custom cross section. I created the ipart for the cross section, published it to my library, and can add it to the assembly from the "place from content center" tab, but when I go to create the framework, it doesn't show up as an option. I know that I'm looking in the correct category because I've checked it a couple of times, so I really don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've attached a screenshot of what I see. Would appreciate any advice or things to try!

Thanks!

Isabella

Hi! I suspect this is an issue related to publishing Structured Shape. Either the CC part misses important data or it is not considered a Structured Shape. Please share the CC part and the custom CC library here. The forum experts can help take a look.

Many thanks!

The forum does not want to let me upload an IDCL file. Not sure if I should be converting it into a different form. I've attached a screenshot of the content center in case that can help:

The part that I'm trying to use is the SRS4/SRS34 cross section (which is uploaded twice). It seems to me like it's saved as a structural part but I'm really not sure. Thank you for trying to help!

I got it to work in the end! When I tried it again today, it just worked. Not sure what the issue was, but it's resolved now. Thanks for trying to help!
