A snapshot view was created in the Presentation environment.
The original creator had hardware items hidden in the .ipn. when adding tweaks.
We now want to show those items without re-doing all work completed in the .ipn to date.
When the user right clicks on "edit tweak", there is no control over what parts are visible or invisible, regardless of the reference .iam visibility status of the parts..
How does one fix this?
All changes in the presentation file we want to be viewed, as edited, in the assembly drawing when completed.
This is ALWAYS the case, and it is why the .ipn file was checked out and opened up to start with. If the link is broken, the edits will not show up in the drawing view. Once not visible, the only selection options to identify the parts in question, to be made visible, have to be accessed from the feature tree, not the viewing area of the .ipn
This should be an easy task, but with Autodesk software limitations, this does not appear to be possible...without re-doing a whole new Snapshot View and re-tag parts in it, which would be both costly and ridiculous.
