Unable to draw segments on the same surface

Last week, My coworkers and I began having an issue where we cannot draw 2 consecutive harness/segment points on the same face of any part in our assemblies. After starting a segment command, the first point can be selected. then the next point automatically jumps to the face on the opposite side of whatever face you have already selected. Any Ideas what would cause this all of a sudden?

Thanks,

Hi! The behavior does not sound right to me. Could you record a video or take a snapshot of the behavior?

Many thanks!

Hi! The behavior does not look right to me. I will need to work with the project team to reproduce it. Are you seeing it on this particular assembly or it happens regularly? Could you share the files with us directly?

Many thanks!

I am unable to place my assembly in through this site to send to you. The file size exceeds the allowable space. It is a zip file. where can I upload it for you to look at?

Thanks,

Matt

Hi Matt,

We no longer have a storage for sharing external files. Could you sign up A360 or use any cloud drive of your choice? Send a link to me directly (johnson.shiue@autodesk.com).

Many thanks!

You should receive an email with a link to the files.
