Can anyone solve my issue regarding not being able to generate the proper flat pattern? I have attached the part and drawing files. I appreciate the help. Thank you.

Both flies open with Inventor 2023 with no errors present and everything appears as I'd expect other than a 90 degree bend dim showing the actual bend in the print appears to be missing but could also be considered OK by some companies depending on standards as well as a missing hole callout.

Sheet metal defaults have been set correctly for 16GA CRS.

Without digging any deeper, everything appears ok up front.  What is the problem?

Hi! Please be more specific on the failure. Is it about Flat Pattern not oriented desirably? What is the failure? Please make sure 2023.4.1 update is installed (you are still on 2023 RTM build).

Many thanks!

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out. The failure we're encountering pertains to the orientation of the Flat Pattern, which is not aligning as intended. It seems to be a glitch related to the orientation settings. I'll double-check to ensure that the 2023.4.1 update is installed, as you mentioned.

Thanks for your prompt response!
