What happens if you unplug from the Internet and start using them?
Also, make sure you have access to the following:
(Yes it says AutoCAD but it could be you're blocked to getting access)
Hi! Go to Tools -> Add-Ins -> make sure "Interactive Tutorial" Add-In is loaded.
Many thanks!
After I updated to 2020.3 version, I can no longer find the tutorial gallery in the top bar. I tried unplugging the internet and nothing changed
Here is a screenshot:
The tutorial gallery is loaded, but it does not show up in the top bar.

Hi everyone,
Originially I was having problems with the Tutorial Gallery so I installed the 2020.3 update.
Now when I open inventor, the tutorial gallery is missing from the top bar.
I have tried several methods to fix this including unplugging the internet, checking add-ins to see if tutorial gallery is loaded, and none of these methods have worked.
I would appreciate any help please and thank you!

Did you change / modify yours?
I don't have the User etc under my get started like you're showing
it's like it didn't fully install. I would do a reinstall with the Inventor Reset Utility ... get it back to Out of the Box look
After using Inventor Reset Utility this is what happens:
Tutorial Gallery is still missing.
We're a tad close ...
Do you know if the MSI has been installed?
I would review this now
Addin loaded?
Can you try reinstalling the Tutorial Plugin and the Connected Desktop service using the AutodeskDesktopConnect.msi and AutodeskGuidedTutorialPlugin.msi as mentioned in https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/inventor-forum/autodesk-desktop-connect-and-guided-tutorial-plugin/m-...
Thanks,
Danny
I seem to have identified the issue:
I am getting the following error after unchecking and checking loaded and automatic on adding.
I have desktop connector installed, but I am getting this error. Is there a way to reinstall or fix desktop connect?
