Hello Inventor Community,
I wanted to share a neat way of embossing images onto faces I have been using.
Personally, I do not like tracing images, especially after already tracing them in a photo editing program already in order to convert them to a Outlined SVG.
In this tutorial, you will learn how to take your PNG or SVG image and convert that to a TTF (Text Font) and then you can simply type a character on your keyboard and have your image show up! The image acts just like a SVG so it can scale indefinitely and all the normal text manipulation tools (like emboss) work flawlessly.
This will also work in Fusion 360.
Enjoy!
