Welcome to the community..

That usually means the information your provided, something is not correct.

Inventor version you have?

Is this style based on tube and pipe components that you have published to content center or the items that came as part of the Inventor installation?

Is this style based on rigid piping, bendable tubing or flexible hose?

The information I have on the new pipe style is the same as the pipe style I already have the only difference is the size and I am using 2013 version

Thanks for the update..

Well that may mean the components that you have selected in your style may not have that given style in your content center.  I would confirm that first.

Welcome to the forum,

Mark is right, you need to check the style and make sure they are all UNIQUE.

In the style name I usually put the size to help me select it faster. Here's a screenshot:

Can you confirm you are NOT editing some existing route which might have segments smaller than the style settings (min length, elbow radius, increment).

try this on a new blank assembly without anything in it.

You probably have small segments on that route which would infringe the settings in the route style.

either start a new route,

make the sketch segments bigger,

add the 45 deg elbow to the style (if you have 45 angles in the route)

or start fresh deleting all the segments and redraw them after applying the route style.
