True/Real/Native Model-State-related ASSEMBLY sample model, any

I'd like to know if there any real/natural (not converted from LOD like Playset) sample ASSEMBLY 3Dmodel presenting the Model States workflow?

I do see BrewMain-Drawing-ModelState.zip but none of the five IAMs included has custom model states (there are some in SquareTube.IPT).

Since @petestrycharske has been walking around here, I'd point to his little sample he made for a class (link below with a youtube video there), I'm not sure if he can share the sample file too:

Meanwhile I've found another model-states-related ASSEMBLY sample in "Model States - Assembly Manufacturing Stages" interactive tutorial by Autodesk BUT it is a weldment-specific (doesn't alter the qty of components), thus I'm sill highly interested in more sample ASSY-models.
